Print-Ready Artwork Requirements

To ensure your Funeral Order of Service Booklets are printed to the highest possible standard, please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF.

For the best results, your artwork should meet the following specifications:

• PDF Format: Supply a high-resolution print-ready PDF.
• Colour Mode: All artwork should be created and saved in CMYK colour mode. Files supplied in RGB (used for screens and web graphics) will be automatically converted for print, which may result in slight colour variations.
• Bleed: Include 3mm bleed on all four edges of every page. This allows the booklet to be trimmed accurately without leaving unwanted white borders.
• Safe Area: Keep all important text, logos and images at least 5mm inside the trim edge to prevent them from being cut during finishing.
• Images: Use images with a minimum resolution of 300dpi at their final printed size to ensure crisp, professional-quality reproduction.
• Fonts: Embed all fonts within the PDF or convert them to outlines to avoid font substitution issues.
• Page Size: Supply artwork at the final finished size, plus the required 3mm bleed. For example:
  • A5 booklet: Artwork size 154mm × 216mm (finished size 148mm × 210mm)
• Single Pages: Please supply booklet artwork as individual pages in reading order, unless otherwise requested.
